Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Updated: February 2026 | Scoutshlf Luxury Curations Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Engagement Protocol
By accessing the digital portal scoutshlf.makeup or transacting with Scoutshlf Luxury Curations Ltd. (Company No. 14920831, 84 Pall Mall, St. James's, London SW1Y 5ES, UK), you irrevocably agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you represent a family office, private trust, or corporate vehicle, you warrant that you maintain legal authority to bind said entity.
2. Advisory, Brokerage & Acquisition Services
Scoutshlf operates as a specialized curatorial consultancy and acquisition intermediary for seven-figure bespoke playthings, superyacht recreational gear, precious-metal automotive scale replicas, and historical mechanical automata. All offerings featured on this portal are subject to prior private acquisition, master-artisan production queues, and strict compliance verification.
3. Pricing, Escrow & Payment Settlement
Due to fluctuating market rates for investment-grade precious metals (24k gold, platinum, titanium) and unheated precious stones, quoted figures are indicative until confirmed via a formalized Private Dossier Agreement:
- Escrow Settlement: Transactions exceeding £100,000 must settle through regulated Tier-1 UK or Swiss escrow institutions specializing in high-value tangible assets.
- Currency Protocols: Invoices are settled in GBP (£), USD ($), EUR (€), or CHF (Swiss Francs) via verified SWIFT MT103 wire transfers.
- Pre-Production Retainers: One-of-one custom bespoke engineering projects require non-refundable tooling and materials deposits prior to mastercraft execution.
4. Due Diligence, Anti-Money Laundering & KYC
In accordance with UK Money Laundering Regulations (MLR 2017) and international Financial Action Task Force (FATF) standards, Scoutshlf maintains zero tolerance for illicit capital flows. Prospective patrons must furnish verified proof of identification and source-of-wealth documentation prior to final transfer of high-value physical lots.
5. Authenticity, Condition Guarantees & Vault Logistics
Every curated masterpiece is accompanied by independent hallmarking, gemological certificates (e.g., GIA), and signed maker provenance dossiers. Physical fulfillment is executed via armored transport (Brinks, Malca-Amit, or direct air courier) to bonded freeports, marine berths, or private estate vaults worldwide.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Recreational aerospace and marine apparatus (such as micro-turbine jet suits and deep-sea exploration submersibles) involve inherent physical risks. Operating patrons must adhere strictly to manufacturer certification, operating envelopes, and flight or dive licensing regimes. Scoutshlf accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or operational damages resulting from improper recreational usage.
7. Intellectual Property & Digital Content
All editorial analyses, bespoke product renders, branding marks, and photography on scoutshlf.makeup remain the exclusive intellectual property of Scoutshlf Luxury Curations Ltd. or its licensed partners. Reproduction without express written consent is strictly prohibited under international copyright law.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and all related advisory engagements are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the High Court of Justice in London, United Kingdom.
